Ruslan Bolkvadze: the Integra FC champion who wins on pace
Integra FC lightweight champion, a ONE Championship fighter and one of the most active Georgian MMA fighters: Ruslan Bolkvadze's record, his fights, and his next bout in Tbilisi.

Ruslan Bolkvadze was born on 19 December 1999. He fights out of Batumi Fight Academy and has a professional record of 11 wins and 5 losses (some databases list 12–5, counting a 2022 GFC exhibition bout). At 26 he has already fought in more than ten promotions, in Georgia, the UK, Kazakhstan, the UAE and China.
How he fights
Many of Bolkvadze’s wins are built on a steady pace across full rounds. Eight of his eleven wins went the distance, and three came by submission. The most recent was a brabo (D’Arce) choke in the final minute of the third round against Mohsen Baghi at Max Fight League in February 2026.
His biggest win so far came in August 2025 in Batumi: he beat Youssef Barakat over five rounds to win the Integra FC lightweight title.
ONE Championship and next fight
In April 2026 he made his ONE Championship debut at ONE Friday Fights, losing a decision to Niko Aikonen. On 17 October 2026 he fights at home, at the Rkena × PFL event at the Tbilisi Sports Palace, against the American Tracy Reeder.
What someone who trains three times a week can take from it
- Pace wins rounds. Most of Bolkvadze’s wins came on points, through work rate. In jiu-jitsu too, the person who keeps working in the last minute often wins.
- A front choke is worth learning. The brabo/D’Arce catches people who duck their head to shoot or to escape. It works at every level when the position and grip are right.
- Build competition experience. He has fought in more than ten promotions in seven years. Competition tests your decisions under pressure and shows you what to train next.
